The painting(s) you buy are exclusivly yours. No reproductions may be made of the purchased painting(s), without the written consent of the original artist. These rights will last for the painting's(s') life(ves) in accordance to copyright laws in the US and Canada about "Ownership Rights of the Artist" and backed by international treaties. The orignal artist maintains, even after sale or resale, any copyrights placed placed upon the painting, and may continue to place them, even after it is no longer in his possesion. Any resales henceforth must be in agreement with the "OWNERSHIP RIGHTS AND COPYRIGHT" section of this document, and all future owners of this(these) painting(s) must agree and bind themselves to it.
In the event of an exhibition of the painting(s), the original artist must be properly identified as the author of the work(s) and notified of said exhibition. |
